  • PHYSICALS are required within one year of start of camp program and required to be on file at your physician's office, home or school.
  • WAIVERS & INSURANCE information are included with online registration/parent signature.
  • NO HARD COPY PAPER FORMS BROUGHT TO CHECK IN!
  • ENTER CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE # when registering and add us to your safe sender's list. We communicate to you by EMAIL ONLY.
